iGate Introduction

iGate – Utility Commission Interactive Database

Welcome to iGate the centralized interactive database established for the Utility Commission. iGate stores documents and information online providing access to all registrants and eliminating the need to forward copies. Once a document has been uploaded to the system, it may be categorized in either a pre-established category or a new category created by the user. Registrants may view, respond to, and download these documents or upload new ones. Documents may also be modified by users using the document locking feature which allows for documents to be modified by one user at a time after they are uploaded.

iGate also enables users to view documents as a complete list, by category, by date, or by range of date uploaded to the system. Users may view and respond to not only the documents uploaded but also the responses all of which are recorded with contributor, date, and time information.

iGateis equipped with Commissioner and User accounts. Commissioner accounts have additional administrative features allowing for the activation and deactivation of accounts as well as resetting passwords.

iGate's customized interactive database allows for real-time 24 hour sharing of information and documents for the Utility Commission.
